My neighbor is mentally leotarded and would like to work but no one will hire him! I told him to call the Halifax Regional Municipality and ask if he could be a snowplow operator too!

  2. Um, OP, are you pointing a finger at your neighbor because of his unfortunate handicap, or are you, for some as-yet-unexplained reason, claiming that all snowplow operators have some kind of undiagnosed problem that we should be aware of?

    Or are you suggesting that a person with a disability serious enough for you to notice is exactly the kind of person who should be placed in the driver’s seat of a dangerous piece of industrial equipment?

    Please clarify.
