Why do Canadian drivers still lose their goddamn minds when it snows? Were you teleported here from Arizona? Driving 20 km/h is admittedly quite annoying, but it really points to two things: you either have no confidence in your driving skills or you don’t have good tires. The road is not the place to learn how to get out of a skid, so take the car out to a large parking lot (empty, preferably snow covered) and learn how to get out of a skid, how to take a turn, how to slow and turn, etc. Getting yourself in trouble in a controlled environment is the best way to learn how to get yourself out of it. You don’t want to learn how to drive, stay home.
Tires: I agree, they’re not cheap. But in the long run even I (El-Cheapo!) will get them; they just plain perform better in snow. —Has fun driving in snow

In addition to your bitch…I might add that it helps to not be scared of snow and ice. Learning how to get out of a skid is just as important as learning how to control your vehicle while you’re
in it. Driving schools don’t teach enough.
I guess people calling them snow weenies guilt them into getting on the road, quite unnecessarily. Yes, they should stay at home.
Haha, a bitch one week about someone who is forced to go into work/school who doesn’t feel safe driving and a bitch the next week telling the same people to stay home because they shouldn’t be driving.
World’s greatest driver Strikes Again….
