To the moron who sat beside me this morning on the #7 bus. Yes, I know I sneezed 3 times (quite loudly and forcefully, I might add). BUT, I sneezed into my jacket sleeve (as we were advised to do when H1N1 was an issue). There was no need for you to immediately lift your jacket collar and stare at me as if I had an airborne infectious disease or the Ebola virus. I have what are called ALLERGIES, so, if I sneezed like that, it’s probably because of some shitty perfume YOU were wearing. I guess lifting up your collar might have been good for me though: it prevented your stupidity from reaching through to me. Next time, don’t assume the person beside you is sick: just ask yourself what you smell like and if you have a cat or a dog (or many!) since I am allergic to those animals’ dander as well. I hope you get on the bus one day and everyone is sneezing: your obsessive compulsive behavior just MIGHT make you get off the bus and walk. Of course the guy was repulsed. It is Gottingen Street and the #7 people carrier ~ sketchy at best.
I think most people would react the same way; no one want flying snot or mucous over-spray hitting them.
How are we to know your sleeve will do a sufficient job in protect us from that shite?
And if your difficulties are such that they interfere with the day-to-day lives of the masses, then YOU are the problem, not us.
oh for heaven’s sake. did it destroy your entire day that some stranger on a bus didn’t like you for 5 minutes out of eternity?
did it grind your teeth all day? did you kick the dog in anger and frustration? did it spoil your dinner? did you refuse sex that night?
it’s some stranger on a bus. why care what he thinks about you? or how he reacts. that’s his stuff not yours. don’t pick up shit you don’t have to.
The reason buddy pulled up his collar: he was a thug and as the bus was on Gottagetonwelfare street and close to the cop shop, he was masking his identity.
