If I understand your story correctly, I sympathize. The system is not set up to deal with people like that. As much as the corporate higher ups will always say it’s a fair environment that encourages diversity etc. but they never want to punish the old boys when they do something offensive.
Most companies have rules to prevent sexual harassment but, in the event they don’t, you could take legal action. The threat of which might bring him down a peg or three and the possibility of the missus finding out might get you that transfer.

Wow – I was telling PK yesterday that when I was in my early 20s back in the 70s, I was standing on a three step ladder to put some files away and this greasy assistant manager came up behind me and grabbed my ass.
