I have a grocery bag hanging over my shifter, keeps the trash together, no smell.

I truly doubt one more sandwich wrapper is going to throw NS into a garbage fiasco. Our roads, streets, highways, parks, ditches are covered in trash. No one picks the shit up. I don’t throw trash out of my window. But I see plenty of people throwing cig butts out of their cars.
I pick litter up all the time. it multiplies pretty quickly because my street is the route between a junior high and a McDonald’s.
