After spending my one day off last week visiting elderly relatives (not mine) AND (try taking your turn sometime since you don’t work) with a 2 year old in tow and having to pick up something that was ultimately destroyed by the company that was fixing it, I had to drive (unplanned) to the other end of the city only to be told once I arrived at your house by your 3 year old that “Mommy said you are rude” because I was late! You my dear, tote yourself as a religious, bible studying do-gooder. I am glad your daughter exposed the “real you” wonder if you ever got that patio set you were wanting… I “NO” the answer to that… take off your ROSE coloured glasses as you are about to have a… —RUDE AWAKENING

  1. ‘…a religious, bible studying do-gooder’ – that pretty much says it all. The biggest hypocrites I’ve ever met were religiously based.

  2. who is this person?
    are you delivering something?
did you have their number to let them know you’d be late?

what the hell is all this about?

  3. Perfect place for them…..2 year in tow…..make sure you attach them to the hitch properly so they don’t fall off.

  4. yeah o.p., people saying they could do better than you, and making a stink, when you try your damnedest to help someone else out. it has happened to me too fucking many times. and now, i just say to whomever, that if you think you can do better, then fucking go for it, and leave me the fuck out of it.
this reminds me of last year, and my non blood grandson. this has me so pissed off, and now, they want to come back, and think everything will be fine again. no fucking way jose. these 2 fucking idiots had a chance, blew it, and no second one will be forth coming.

  5. hugo, there was a lot of shit passed on me, and it does not sit well with me. that they would use the little guy, to get back in my grace, uh uh. the parents are shitheads, to the highest calibre. they knew and know, that i loved the little guy, and they just ripped him from us. and that’s the part, i will never forgive, or forget.

  6. It’s a tough call Lifer, and one that only you can make. My 2 cents: From what you’ve told me here and in person, the little guy needs all the people looking out for him that he can get. Getting him back in your life is an act of compassion for you and him – not the parents. I hope you can find some solution that does exactly that. Good luck to the both of you.

  7. Devout believers are IMO the worst.

Does anyone here know why, it isn’t considered a mental illness ?
IF you are a devout believer of an unprovable omniputent being, & your life is encumbered by all the trappings & dogma of the system you worship… how can you then be critical of someone else, who worships in a different way & a different unprovable all powerful omniputent being than you ??
Or be critical of those who don’t believe what you believe is right ?
OR my favorite ,where they are judgemental of you for your choices…when their own religion speaks volumes on not judging their fellow man !?!
How is that not identified by psychologists /psychiatrists, as being what it is, a mental problem ?

But if you dare worship garden gnomes…or a cosmic pasta… most people will ‘raise their eyebrows’ & think you are nuts !!!

I always wondered about that & have never gotten a satisfactory answer.

@LS…hey man, people make mistakes, cutting your nose off to spite your face isn’t always the right choice.

  8. no more, it isn’t wise to do that. but the fact is, they told us, they never ever, wanted anything to do with us again. now they are trying to suck up, because they have nothing again, to start a homelife with. fool me once, shame on me, won’t fucking do it the second time tho. even tho i care superly for the litte guy, i just can’t take a chance it won’t happen again. it was too fucking hard last time. i would rather never see my little man ever again. and that fucking sucks too. but it has to be.
