The media drops stories and never follows up, that’s why no one knows wat became of the victim that the SUV texting driver mowed down. As for people walking all over SGR, plow them them if they are not on a crosswalk. Then they can get a cast for Christmas. The precedent was set two years ago on Quinpool when a jaywalker jaywalked in from of a delivery truck. The charges were laid against the jaywalker. Nothing on the driver.
