Hopefully, the intended will discover the treasure that is you, and indeed share those feelings.
A treasure, based on ones opinion of value, are a dime a dozen. OP should be classified as a rare gem. A gem found only every thousand years. Whomever the intended is, should feel honored, and priviledged. Definitely a rariety that should be appreciated, valued and held onto…no matter the circumstances
Apparently, I underestimated the value…’treasure’ being too general a term. Hopefully, I can be forgiven. Rare…yes. Held onto…definitely. And there are times when circumstances should take second place.
Realist, i thought these were for you….either way, i concur with you and ibleed–OP sounds like a gem to be cherished and loved.
Ibleed, never a need for forgiveness for you. One persons treasure is anothers even rarer gem. One I intend to enjoy wrapping my arms around and holding for as long as possible : )

Being a realist can also blind you to possibilities that can be sitting in front of your face. As one who has a past, looking beyond the fear at the amazing possibilities out there can take time. Not to mention, these are anonymous posts. Sometimes it is hard to believe that such a rare gem exists, let alone, is as smitten with you as you are with them. That being said, this gem is more than worth taking the leap and embracing life as one should. So after dealing with and moving past the doubt, I am taking the leap and embrazing whatever life holds : )
