At a local sandwich shop, the guy in front of me on his cell phone. It was lunch time and the line up was at least 8 people long. He proceeded to talk on his cell phone for at least 15 minutes while in line as well as during the production of his sandwich. I’ve seen this happen many times at fast food establishments but at a sandwich shop you should be paying more attention considering each step requires your input. And it’s just plain disrespectful, so hang it up or step aside. —One Steamed Meatball
