What happened that day has nothing to do with Islam or Terrorists…Ask yourself this, how can 2 towers made of over a tonne of steel collapse is a couple of hours form jetfuel, it doesn’t burn hot enough to melt a friggin tower made of steel…i’ll bet there were a couple of strategically placed bombs in those towers.

Perhaps bombs were detonated to insure the protection of the surrounding dowtown quarter, but to dispute that the attacks actually happened seems like the beginning of a debate among highschoolers. The attacks on the WTC were only one among a multitude of others happening on the same day and later on – lets recall that terrorist organizations took credit for the attacks in London and Madrid. It’s been shown that Al Quaida has significant brain power and solid funding sources. An attack such as the WTC one could have very well been orchestrated given those ressources.Though I don’t believe that all arabs are out to get us, I would go on to say that some terrorists organizations are based in countries that have reasons to be upset about their economic and political situation. As to whether their misery should be blamed on the US is a whole other debate. To conclude the comments posted on this thread reflect an ignorance and anger – it would be interesting to wonder what would happen if people with such feelings were placed in environments where dying as a martyr is lauded and applauded.

If you got that info from GoTime then you’d be better off reading the printed schedule. Ever see the driver push the button on his GoTime communications console as he’s leaving the first timing point of the run? That is what tells go time he’s leaving the stop but GoTime doesn’t account for the fact that he might be leaving that point 5 minutes later than scheduled and therefore won’t be dragging his ass while he tries to make up time. As a transit user there is nothing more frustrating than having to wait for those who can’t make it to the stop a couple of minutes before the bus departs. No, it’s true. It was reported that the jets flying into the towers were military – NOT commercial – jets. The towers fell straight down. The firefighters nearby reported hearing a “boom boom boom boom boom”, almost like explosives, going off in the buildings as they fell. There is video evidence of an igniting machine that sparks just as the planes hit the buildings, to set off the fuel and make a pretty explosion. There is no photographic evidence of a plane in the Pentagon. There is no way a plane could smash into the Pentagon and cause that little damage. The only evidence we have is from the flight that crashed in Pennsilvania, which happened to be the only plane which the passengers decided to call home. It’s all a scam. All of it. I have the DVD if anyone wants a copy.

From a conversation I just had with my engineering friend:if you note, the buildings first failed directily above where the plane hit. the fuel from the planes burned long enough to destroy the fireproofing, once that was gone the structural members were failed. the top floors then collapsed onto the floors where the plane crashed, causing the building to collapse on itself. The only way it would tip over is if it was damaged at its foundation. The other building were destoryed by the forces generated from the two main towers falling. Thats alot of energy to be asbored insuch a small area.the buildings weighed 500,000 tons each!..warning..i’m gonna get fancy here…lol structurally the wtc were very strong: ie they survived a direct impact from an airplane.each floor in the building could support 1,200 tons more than its weight. As the joists gave away on the heavily burned floors, the damaged sections begin to “bow” out. This caused the upper floors to collapse. The buidling collapsed at 200 km/h taking 10 seconds to implode. The buildings were essentially hollow, ie, they are 95% air / volume. This allowed the buidling to implode on itself, rather than tip over like a solid would. Also, the fact that the complete collapse of each tower took only 10 seconds, there was not enough time to move the 500,000t of the building to the sides. The energy required to get that mass in motion to the left or right would have been enormous.this is what i do. this is engineering.
