Unfortunately worst customer service i have ever had.

-On hold for more than 45 min. for a request that was easily a yes we can, or no we cant.

– called a “toll-free” number and was charged.

-no one could figure out why and while i was being charged for the call was transfered btn 2 depts.

-no refund or assistance offered whatsoever!!!

forget the iphone, move to a company that doesnt treat its clients like this.!!!

  1. I couldn’t agree with you more. Their customer service sucks a stump and they lie through the fucking teeth. I was supposed to get a 15% discount because I have an account with Eastlink and it took OVER A FUCKING YEAR to get that applied to my bill, no retro. When I called to complain, I got passed around so many times, I said fuck it. Needless to say, they can eat my ass when my contract expires.

  2. Even though the number is “toll free”, I have yet to see a carrier who didn’t charge minutes for the call. “toll free” just means you won’t get charged long distance.I’m amazed the carrier didn’t offer to make nice. Threaten to cancel (no matter the cost) and see what you get out of them.

  3. Those fuckers. They are enemy #1 on my list. I broke a contract with them 4 years ago and now they’re saying I owe the $1800……how is that possible? Dirty fuckers won’t get a penny, I don’t care if I have to live in the woods and use smoke signals!

With reasons like:too high rates for a “developed country”system access fee??multi year contract (don’t need to get it, i know)roaming chargesreception issuesincoming text message chargesshitty customer servicetoll-free apparently not toll-freeunlimited nights from 8 pm to 6 am (ooooohhhh!!!!, just in time for bed!)What is attractive about it? Call my home phone and leave a fucking message if I’m not there, there is no need to be “on-call” 24-7!
