To the man who couldn’t wait a few seconds for me to pass before “manoeuvring” your gas guzzling vehicle and then felt the need to tell me out his window I was walking on private property. I wish my response had of been different than the one I gave you. I should have said, “You have no right to tell me I am breaking the law when you are clearly parking in a no parking zone, Jerk!” —I think right of way over time rules apply in my favour

Seems like another case of two wrongs do not make a right, if as the OP says they had been walking on ‘private property’ and if the other person’s vehicle had been parked in a non parking zone. Land of loons once again.
