To a certain clothing store in Mic Mac Mall: You guys didn’t seem to bat an eye when I showed up to exchange something I had in my possession for almost two years. You never ran out of kindness, patience or energy while I tried on half the items in the store in the process of trying to find something else I wanted, but on top of all that you were nice enough to give me inside information about upcoming promotions and held the item for me so I could come back and get a way better deal. I wish all stores were half that great. You guys rock! —K.F.
