I don’t understand how these shit bands or groups can be so “successful” if they can’t sell enough tickets here to break even. Is the music industry making up who is popular? Do we march to the beat of our own drum and don’t follow these trends? I ask since we the people have to pay almost $400K for these wankers to come here, so I wonder who the fuck did the business case to bring these groups in… and don’t get me started about IN CAMERA meetings. —Popular where? Their own minds?

Moncton has done it right from the beginning by hiring the bands that will draw the most people. A common thread between most of the acts that play Moncton is that they appeal to a wide demographic. Similarly, that is why U2 will be another success for Moncton this summer.
