First of all, the employee no longer works for the company. Reasons that he was left go was due to the terrible customer service he gave. I am the Operations Manager for Halifax Subways and we do not hire, keep or accept people like this within our restaurants. I would like to apoligize sincerely to everyone that this person has offended. I am truly sorry. We hope that you all will return in the future as this location is now my main concern.Thank you for your time.

I seem to remember someone getting a phone call asking them to retract a statement that they never actually made, in a very rude and threatening manner.Hope you have a good time in the future. Next time an employee states they need a second person in a certain store for bar rushes in that area, maybe you wont just brush them off with an excuse, but actually do your job and hire another person.And while you’re at it, why dont you check the security feed.
