I am putting it out into the universe: I am ready for a real relationship.
There were times when I thought I was, but wasn’t. I have learned about myself over time and quite a bit recently. From my successes and from my mistakes. From what others have taught me. Through actions, through words, through silence.
Yet relationships are still a bit of a mystery to me. I suppose they might always be. I suppose they are for everyone. So much unknown. So much that is impossible to anticipate or fully understand.
I cannot predict how it will begin or end, let alone what will happen in between.
Maybe I’ll reconnect with someone I’ve dated before when the timing wasn’t right. Maybe you’ll make first contact since I hand-wrote you my email the other night. Maybe I haven’t met you yet.
I’m not in a rush. I’m still working on me. But things are pretty damn good over here.
Just you wait and see. —In Progress

Sometimes … slow and steady wins the race. Good luck OP.
I really liked this Love:). Hope it all works out in aces for you OL! Great post:)
Persevere, a question–where I write “OL” should I be writing “OP”? I’d like to be using the correct signifiers, if only for clarity’s sake.

I found this link helpful. Although I did find it hard to take that I’m no longer cool.Lol
I hope you’ll find it helpful as well.

I do wish this OP well in his/her hunt for Mr. or Mrs. right, not just Mr.or Mrs. right now, assuming of course that’s what the person is looking for.
It’s been my experience the “Law of Attraction” doesn’t always work, unless the Universe can spot a fraud.
Thanks Boru:)
SheSang.
OL means.. Woman you met on the internet, old lady and one or 2 other meanings I don’t remember.
I know I know I have a very dry(sick at times)sense of humour. Lol
and here I thought it meant obtuse lallygager…
official lowlife…
outcast legionnaire…
…lol..At times I can be an obtuse lollygagger.
Oh Zed, if my misuse of OL (as opposed to OB, in the context of this blog site) meant any of your definitions, it could only be “obtuse lollygager”…..silly Zed, loathing is for kids…and crazy people…lol 😀
Sorry SheSang! I’m sure you’ve got it straight by now, but I just noticed your question … sometimes I use ‘OP’ for original poster … sometimes I use ‘OL’ for original lover … as far as I’m concerned, either one is okay. Although, ‘obtuse lollygager’ is an interesting take on it … 🙂
Hey Persevere, thanks for the feedback–Boru was helpful, but I was pretty much using similar defs for OL and OP…thanks again:)
And I am kinda partial to “Obtuse Lollygager”……;)
