The Coast’s excuse for a food guide lacks something…could it be a clue?
Nice list of cuisines you have. You list Sushi as a cuisine. Last I heard it was a paticular dish like, mashed potatos or grilled steak. What you should list is JAPANESE instead of sushi. You really are insulting Japanese culture by collectively referring to the entire array of delicious foods they have.
