Last year some time (can’t remember exact date) I ended up separated from my friends as the bars closed around 3-4 am. I had to walk from cheers to Alexandra’s by myself to meet my drive. As a young female walking alone at this time of night I had been subject to the typical Friday night drunk guys following/hollaring at me. I was a tad nervous to walk to Alexandra’s by myself. By the time I made it to Pizza corner I found 3 kind young guys who, when I asked if they would walk with me because I was nervous, were more than willing to. When my drive arrived we also drove them home.
I just want to say thank you! I don’t know your names and will probably never see you again but it was much appreciated!

  1. I don’t get your logic OP. You were afraid of strange guys attacking(?) you, so you approached 3 strange guys? How did you know they weren’t going to attack you?

I guess they must have “looked nice”.

  2. How come it took you so long to post this, OP? You said it happened some time last year, which, even if it was New Year’s Eve, would have been at least just over 7 months ago.

I’m all for giving thanks and kudos and congrats and all, but…really? A year ago?

  3. yea i dont get it either, you where afraid to walk by your self , so you walk with 3 strangers and then let them get in the car and drove em home. good call!!!!

  4. I guess walking with strangers who seemed nice probably beats being followed by drunk idiots who definitely didn’t seem nice.
I don’t really think there needs to be a time limit on loves.
