There’s no way in hell I’d go to see the buskers if they held them indoors. Having them on the waterfront is half the reason people come out to see them.
They don’t have any tents for them or anything?
I hear the guy who juggles fire switches to chainsaws when it’s raining to keep the danger high.

With anything outdoors you take your chances.
Tents are expensive. Perhaps parkas would have worked? They’re really not that ugly anyway.
