To whom ever is in a band off of Harvard street: I want you to know this “music” you like to play is not needed at 11:40pm at night when in fact me and most likely other people need to be up in the early am for work even on a FRIDAY night!
When I first heard your “band” playing I was watching a movie laying on my bed and I had to turn up the volume. I wasn’t angry but at the same time I was a tad annoyed because of the loud racket. Last night when I heard you guys playing ( Friday August 19th) it was past 11 pm ( which is when there should be no noise as the HRM bylaw states) and I was trying to get some shut eye after a long night at work as I had to be up at 7am the following morning. I layed in my bed until 11:40 and decided to take a walk around the block to see where it was coming from.
As I started walking onto your street which is behind my house the “music” all of a sudden stopped. I then proceeded to walk back to my house where I was surprised you didn’t start playing again. NEXT TIME you do this you won’t be too lucky. Likely I will call the cops and put a noise complaint on you over and over and over again until finally you just stop.

The ‘sudden stop’, was probably because someone else got there first, either that or Mommy told them it was bedtime.
I called da popo on my shit neighbours a couple weeks ago and it was awesome! They actually had a massive party in an apartment on a fucking Wednesday night!! I first called the landlord like I have done every other time they’ve been insanely loud but all he does is call them and of course they can’t hear the phone. Next time I am going to skip the landlord and call the cops right away. I actually heard one of the hip party-goers say, “Why wouldn’t they come and ask us to turn it down first!” LOL YEAH I’m going to willingly go into a party where everyone is smashed and rowdy and let them know I’m a little girl alone in my apartment located just down the hall, trying to sleep!

OP, call the cops, and have neighbors do the same. If those noisy fuck tards are renters, find out who the building owner is, explain the situation and see if they try to resolve it. If not, include their name in the next noise complaint. Now go get ’em.

Speaking of noise, I wonder if there are any animal cruelty laws regarding traveling “musicians” making feedback noise with their amps – on SG – with a tiny probably dehydrated KITTEN tied to a guitar case ALL DAY! Presumably the kitten is meant to increase Aw factor revenues. My head is going to explode.
