To Dr. C and his staff – I brought my sick cat in for what I thought would be a relatively minor matter. The diagnosis proved to be much more serious, resulting in euthanasia. The tact, thoughtfulness and kindness with which both my cat and I were treated made a terrible experience a little bit easier, even after I dissolved into a teary mess.
