Thank you does not even come close to how grateful I am, for the young lady who returned a purse to a shop on Dresden Row on Thursday. You didn’t just save someone time and money trying to replace those cards and cash, you saved a life. Literally saved a life. I wish I could explain more. I need you to know that you are an amazing, honest, kind person and I strongly believe when you do great things, then great things will happen to you. THANK YOU!!! —Mama bear

  1. Wow! I thought women’s purses only held money, lipstick and lynching rope… who knew they saved lives?!

  2. I’m glad you got your purse back. There are still some good people on this crazy world!

  3. Never stop believing in good people. They still outnumber the shitty ones.

Mexico Lindo’s was recently robbed of their charity jar. They have the scumbag on camera and a photo posted by their register. Talking to the chap who owns the place, he said people have been coming in, donating to replace the money that was stolen. Some were customers, some were not but all felt impelled to help this small business owner and his lovely wife. I’m glad that both you and Mexico Lindo’s had a happy ending.

  4. Yeah, 3 posts that are obviously ‘loves’ are under the bitches. And my bitch about the lost puppy wasn’t posted. Maybe it was too mean???

  5. I’m gagging on those badly-executed fluttering hearts. Is this in prep for the Hallmark Holiday on the 14th? On the 15th, the Dancing Leprechaun cards & plastic shillelaghs will be out in full force until March 17th, to be followed by Cadbury Creme Egg Easter shortly thereafter. Also when Christians celebrate Jesus arising from the waffle iron.

  6. Indeed, Miz Paingirl. I plan to do the ‘hully gully’ on the peak of my roof tomorrow morning. Following my performance, I will have spruce tea with the the local cawkers. Cheese bits and scones will be provided.

  7. its my g/f’s birthday today, everyone say happen birthday to the poor, long suffering butch who shovels my driveway, takes the cars in for oil changes, opens stubborn jars and shoos spiders out the door.

  8. Big hugs and Happy Birthday to GDM’s better half from a hairy Klyde. I can always bring over mountains of snow and spiders from my yard so she won’t be out of work.
