I re-fold a pop-up beach tent on Monday. The easy to read (not) instructions were such a fail, but you saved our beach experience. My sis is from away, and will remember your kindness as a great part of her vacation! Way to be N.S. ambassadors! —Confused but shaded beach goer.

First the instructions were probably translated from Chinese to English, badly, then they blow away. I always blame my inabilty to assemble things in a timely fashion on the writers of the instructions (bunch of freakin’ yahoos) and what’s with the parts left over? Except for the hardware, you have exactly the right number of screws and washers so don’t ever drop one one of those suckers or you’re in a world of hurt.
