What the fuck are you talking about?
Some of us happen to be efficient in our jobs. We’re not sitting on our asses doing nothing. I get everything in my job description done, plus overflow from some colleagues and yet I *still* have time for some social networking during the work day.
Maybe it takes you twice as long to do what others can get done in half as much time, but some of us are great at multi tasking and getting our shit done without having to work ourselves to death.
I think someone sounds a bit jealous. 😉

I may be wrong but I don’t think this person was referring to anybody on this board…at least, that’s not the way I read it. “How about pulling your heads out of your asses and appreciate the fabulous jobs you have or I can easily find those who will.” to me, this sounds like a manager or supervisor venting about having ungrateful employees, too engrossed in socialising all day as opposed to doing their jobs. “Getting paid for sitting on your asses is no longer going to happen.” again just leads me to beleive that the OP is in a supervisory role and has been getting some gripes about changes in pay….again, just the way I read it.
or maybe the OP is going to be making some changes in the pay system based on his employees’ productivity, (or lack thereof)
