I have a neighbour who does his laundry at 11pm. The washer and dryer are on the other side of my bedroom wall. You can hear the clang clang sound of his blue jeans in the dryer. It really irks me.
Yes, the police can do something. If it is amplified music it doesn’t matter if it is noon time the shit can be shut down. I called the cops on these f’n assholes next door to me and the first thing the monkey said was, “It’s not eleven o’clock”. Well he ws then told that it didn’t matter and I could have them fined but I said I’ll give them another chance. It was quiet from then on until they skipped out on rent. The fines get pretty steep so I think that retard from downstairs will turn her music down to a whisper. To hell with this 11 oclock attitude, people do sleep before that. Call the cops on her but fine her as she hasn’t stopped her f’n noise. All you young punks and disrespectful adults have some consideration for others. (and stop slamming the c-sucking doors!!
My neighboor got a $445 fine. He was always playing loud music and I repeatedly asked him to turn it down. He didn’t and my girlfriend finally conviced me to call the cops. i did, twice, never heard a peep after that.
I had problems like that…yrt these suggestions:1) if her breaker box is outside, turn off her power. It will take the isiot 5 minutes at least to wonder if she forgot to pay the poswer bill. After the 3rd or 4th time she might get the hint.2) Have you complained to her personally? Some people are too daft for “subtle suggestions”..try and make arrangements.3) go to a fvietnamese grocer and buy a cd of love music. Put on your stereo full tilt and leave. Its bad, man…you cant top that in a noise war. (Or Current 93 “falling back” even though I like it, people really complain when I play it)4)a little DMSO and LSD on her doorknob, she will be tripping for days, her music will give her bad flashbacks and she might even move!Good luck 🙂
What the fuck is wrong with YOU? As if you’ve never done anything that annoyed people around you. Oh my God, your neighbour plays loud music during the DAY?? The indecency! *sarcasm* Students party on the weekends? Unacceptable! What you ought to do is move immediately — to a monastery or retirement home. But then you’d probably complain about the annoying sound of your roommate’s oxygen tank. Seriously, you need to change your ways of thinking ASAP. The world does not revolve around you and your preferences and you can’t control every little thing other people do.

I thought I was on crack when on Dec, 23 I saw a blue boat in the arm (the Dingle) pulling lobster traps. Man, there are signs everywhere at the dingle to not swim there and to especially NOT eat any shell fish or crusteaceans from there. Holy fuck! Gross!
unfortunately they fish all over the harbor – and it is really sick to look at. BUT on the other hand – this is what lobster’s live off- regardless of where their habitat is located. they live off decay and fecal matter. still want fresh Seafood??
