This bitch is dedicated to one of Halifax’s most famous politicians, who will remain nameless. However, unlike most of the bitches about politicians, this has absolutely nothing to do with politics.
I work in a generally nice, not too busy gas station located near a cute little pond in Dartmouth. Everybody who knows anything about current events knows that the price of gas changes at midnight on Thursdays, so gas stations are usually f-ing nuts with dumbass people filling up in order to save a dollar or two.
It was Thursday, and almost all 8 pumps were occupied. Then my co-worker and I look outside, and see said politician at pump 1. He was standing beside his new, shiny black car, chatting to other customers (probably about his recent hospital stay) while pumping his gas. He was paying absolutely no attention to what he was doing, and when he went to hang up his pump, I saw gas fly everywhere.
Mr. Politician comes inside, red eyed and cranky, and tells me that there is something wrong with his pump. I asked him what happened, even though I saw with my own eyes that he was a dumbass and wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing. He told me that the pump was broken, and that it got gas all over the ground and that he wasn’t paying for gas that he didn’t put into his car!
First of all, I had no complaints before OR after about gas spilling at the pump, except from the woman who used it after you because you left gas in the hose and it got all over her leather shoes.
Second of all, it’s not like the gas money is coming from your pocket anyway, dick. I’m willing to bet that you are being reimbursed for that money, and it’s coming straight from MY pocket.
And lastly, do you really think getting a $2 discount from your gas is worth it? When I’m short any money, that comes directly from my pay check. Do you think that deducting money from my paycheck is fair? I’m a student who is working at a gas station for not much more than minimum wage, and I really can’t afford to pay my cable bill, let alone give assholes like you a discount because of your own stupidity.
I hope every single person who was behind you in line heard what jackass things you were saying.

wow that’s really…well there are no words fort hat really.maybe politicans running in upcoming elections should try to curry some favor by turning all those paid-for-gas-cards to good works: how about paying for the gas of the person behind you at the pump? gee that’d make me think aobut who I vote for…….or maybe just (gasp) do something about these ridiculous prices!!!
ps who doesn’t watch what they’re doing at a gas station these days? you squeeze and shake every last precious drop of that over priced liquid into your gas tank…if I spill a drop I feel like crying
yes the politician has gas, they take it out of our pockets for their cars! they rent cars out of our pockets and God knows what else. look at the problems with the atv kiddie drivers program that got scrapped in a hurry and i’m glad someone had the balls enough to do it!

wow I’m not sure how comfy I am with ginger writing along the same lines I do….soemhow I feel I’ll be happier if she only ever vehementantly disagrees with me and hates, in fact loathes, my style on the coast….although ps for pure entertainment her return is AWESOME. she needs to get that little smiley princess thing back though…….or better yet we need to stick her and some of the other trolls in a room and watch them battle…

Nah, Floyd, you’re way off… Jane D’oh and Jane are two separate Ginger identities, or as I like to call them, Gidentities. Jane D’oh first reared it’s ugly head when we really started cracking down on Princess/Faith. She’s kind of the back-up identity – she’s not overly controversial, keeps a somewhat low profile (by Gingy standards) and tries to blend in with the locals. She carries a few Gingy-esque traits despite her best efforts – non-sensical posts, bad grammar, propensity to over-love the very people who are harshest to the rest of her Gidentities. Jane, however, is Gingy a her most obnoxious, annoying and all-around retarded.
