I hope you guys realize just how BAD the pot is here. Seriously, NS weed is hands down the worst SHIT we have ever smoked, no offense.
It doesn’t burn clean, probably because it’s been grown in way too many toxic chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, etc, and not cured properly. It smells/tastes like crap and makes one feel like a bag-o-shit. GOOD (clean) pot is never like that, so you guys are definitely missing out.
NO we didn’t buy bunk weed off the street either, actually tried several different suppliers, who supposedly had ‘good’ weed, but it was all the SAME disappointing shit.

NS has the most fucked up end of summer weed “drought” where all of the sudden theres no weed for a few weeks, never encountered this any where else, and its right around the corner
quality wise, i did not notice that much of a difference between local pot, and toronto pot (of course, if you dont count the $300/ounce pot i would treat myself with once in a while), except that here it tends to be not as well dried.it just depends on where you get it, it took me over a year to find a good supplier. for quite some time i was stuck with mediocre stuff, but i knew that good pot is around, because from time to time i would come across a good batch.

The pot I smoke here in Haliwood is from BC, smells lovely, snappy stems, beautifully cured and manicured, reasonably priced and delivered. I have NEVER suffered “the drought” you speak of here in HFX, not for the last 28 years. Might happen to others who don’t PREPARE for it, like the kids who sell .7’s on Spring Garden Road…the OP obviously hasn’t met the right folks for the proper hookup.
Many people use that fucking Miracle Grow on their pot which, in my humble opinion, does not make for a good toot. I’d suggest growing your own like a little bonsai plant. Those little buds can really pack a punch.

The more you smoke the less potent weed seems maybe try cutting down a little . I have no problem finding good smoke when I do decide to have a puff . You know your a pothead when you can’t wait to move just so you can get some ” good pot ” .

Personally, I miss the stuff in BC When I was out west for 3 months, I smoked some fairly sweet stuff. It’s actually opened my mind and let me explore just who I really am.I do also agree that the weed here in NS is shit. I miss the good stuff out west. So, I’m going backto school to hopefully get a good paying job to go back out there.
the one think that i think is missed here is that if you get weed from 5 different people, they were likely grown by 5 different calibers of weird growers. I have had some shit here that i thought i was getting a hang over the next mornign from because it was so good, then i have had shit that smelled like sewer sludge. This occurs everywhere. In toronto, you can get as much good shit as you can nonsense. It all depends on who your supplier is getting from. In many cases, the guy you are buying from is the 4th or 5th time the weed has been sold. Change any supplier some where in the line, the quality might change.
