To add to the bitch, they couldn’t even plow the fucking bike lanes. And drivers, we can’t ride over snowbanks or on ice; don’t be dummies.
I dunno, it looks they they did a pretty stellar job to make up for it last night. All the streets are clear and even the bike lanes are at 75%. And on a Sunday night, no less. Good job, HRM!
They did a lot better than last year so far anyway. Considering all the complaints they got over the shit job last year surely they will make a greater effort this time. Unless flash frezzes happen again. Then it’s out of there hands and all we can hope is there won’t be too many of them. Also idiots who park on the street during snowfalls do not help. I be happy to see a car getting towed away cause it blocked the plow from doing his job right lol.
It only seems like they did a better job because we have not continued to get clobbered like last year. The job they did this year was just as poor as the job they did last year. The rain we had yesterday took care of the mound of snow on the sidewalk in front of my place that was not cleared by anyone. This city sucks.
Looks like the shitty will be sut down until the weekend. Bummer, if I don’t show up for work I don’t get paid and its a thin line between living in a home and living on the streets.
Ya ever hear of a square cul-de-sac?? They ought to teach basic geom to these drivers. A square in a circle leaves 4 to 6 feet from the curb. I expect a crappy job all year now….why would I expect any better…… same driver….. same crap
