To all the emotionally unavailable and love-avoidant grown-ass men out there: it’s time to grow up. I’m tired of your “get close then run away” dance, then come back but don’t have the balls to see it through. You’re going to end up alone and miserable, with no one to look after you in your old age. See a therapist, heal your emotional wounds. Let me help. —The Love Doctor

  1. Me thinks you are the one wanting to have someone to look after you during old age. Gee, wonder why they run?

Guys want booty without strings. The fleshlight only provides so much. Nothing more.

  2. Typical Feminist. No one is going to date you if you keep snarling at people like that. Learn to treat your fellow human beings with respect and then I might consider dating you.

  3. Its 50/50 for both sexes on this. Live and learn. If you try to get close to someone and they push you away why bother with them if you want more and casual? Is it that hard to wait to meet someone who can give you what you want?

  4. Sounds like someone has fallen victim to the DENNIS system. This is a text book DENNIS’ing. The way to win any girl’s heart.

  5. Why buy the cow when you’re getting the milk for free?

If you want some effort and commitment, stop selling yourself by letting guys you barely know jam their dicks in you.

  6. 1) Men don’t owe you shit. Not their bodies; nor their minds.
    2) Whenever somebody tries blaming their own personal misery on an entire group, I’m inclined to believe that the problem might lie with a specific individual. In this case, you.
3)Sorry “Love Doctor, but it ain’t lined with gold velveteen. Start buying cat toys.

  7. I guess men today have grown shy from women who long ago mastered the art of playing mind games with them for men to want to voluntarily walk into a shotgun relationship or marriage.

Speaking for myself, I’d rather walk the plank on HMS Bounty.

  8. Fleetwood Mac is good but they make me want to slit my wrist, all their songs are so damn sad. OB, next time you feel down because of relationship troubles (or lack thereof) may I suggest something more upbeat like Nancy Sinatra or Cheap Trick?

  9. Female Tears – Live at Budokan
Seriously, do you know anyone who didn’t have that album?
