So you offer debit on delivery, and we called you three weeks ago and you said it was down…so again we call last night, and no, it’s still down… as it’s a little hand-held, could you perhaps OH, I don’t know, get that fixed??? 😛

Jessy’s pizza has debit on delivery and they’re quick and the pizza is decent. The chicken burgers suck though, but the pizza is good 🙂
aren’t that easy to get fixed, and the info it has on it, could get lost. place down the road from me, had that happen twice, and the last one was new, about 2 days old.
I’ve heard a certain pizza chain in HRM is owned by the Melvins.
I had a discussion with a pizza delivery guy once about the portable debit machine. Apparently those things are hella expensive, like, $1000+? Or something ridiculous. Either way, I’d imagine getting it fixed is no cheap or simple task, either.
Also, things like this depend on the person who’s able to fix it. For example, at my shop downtown, our dishwasher was down for about three months because the repairman was located in PEI and would not come out to Nova Scotia unless he had enough requests from various establishments. It’s ridiculous, but true.
Use cash.
Cash? What’s that. LOL.
convenient for the customer? fuck yeah, but pizza shops pay those bank charges too and let’s be honest, people who use debit at the door are lousy tippers so the drivers don’t get any love.
I always tip quite well, debit-at-the-door or not, refinedsugar *shrug*
All the ATMs shut too?
