Dear north end bagpiper,
At first I thought your occasional daytime outdoor bagpiping was a bit irritating, but I also thought it was cool to have a bagpiper in the neighbourhood. As the summer wears on though, it’s become a real hassle. And it turns out I’m not the only one who thinks so…you have become notorious in our neighbourhood! Even though I appreciate that you keep your outdoor bagpiping to reasonable hours (usually the afternoon), it is still disruptive to those of us who work from home (it’s very hard to concentrate on the task at hand during a bagpiping session), who have young babies at home (who get woken up by your piping even when they are in a bedroom with windows closed and a fan on for white noise) or who just want to enjoy some peace and quiet in our neighbourhood.
Perhaps you could take your bagpiping indoors or to a public place like a park? —Peace Not Pipes

I’ll trade you my neighbour who takes 5 hours to ride-em mow his lawn at 10 feet per hour. I like pipes.

Dear (insert deity) ,is there anything in this (deity)forsaken world that scrapes on the chalkboard of my being,rips sphincter from arse,slurps a bowl of raw eggs through a straw with the worst hangover(I know your going to try it sometime)falls through the floor of an outhouse worst than subject me to this droning scotland the brave ,cant hit that one note screeching feline .

Has anyone in the neighbourhood made an effort to talk to said notorious bagpiper? Has anyone mentioned the disruption his/her playing is causing in the neighbourhood and respectfully requested that he/she stop or relocate?

would you rather have them play that rap crap, at max volumn then? either way, you lose, but don’t dispair, winter is only a few months away. then you can get plastered by that HOLIDAY music.
