Where do you cretins come from?!? For the second tme this week I find myself standing a long lineup at Tim’s to get my morning Joe – with the gut of some hog jammed in the small of my back. WTF!!! Do you think you will get to the front faster by standing so close to me that your big belly is touching my back?

Seriously, this has happened to me several times – and I would doubt I am attracting this attention as I am an ugly middle aged man.

When I can feel your breath on the back of my neck there is a problem. Nasty!

  1. Amen, Brother! I feel your pain. I sometimes get assfucked in the line up at the grocery store.

  2. bet if it was a big fucking pair of tits, you wouldn’t bitch a tiny bit.you are an asshole, plain and simple.

  3. Pretend to lose your balance and take a big HOP back right onto the intruder’s foot. Oops! Did I do that? Oh and let one rip too.

  4. Life Sucks actually makes a great point!

Its a morning line-up; and Tims can get very packed up. I doubt people will care to stand in the lobby or outside the store merely b/c you don’t like someone bumping into you.

Personal space is such a ridiculous myth! OP, you sound like one of those assholes who shoves people on a packed dancefloor for “violating your space”.

Like Life Sucks said: if they were tits you’d probably think you’re hot shit and could still score with college girls.

  5. I’m pretty sure that even in a packed Timmy’s you can leave at least one inch of space between you and the person ahead. It’s not a bus or a club.

  6. Oh fuck off, NGF. EVERYONE is entitled to their own personal space. I’m sorry, but if someone gets up in my grillz I’m gonna elbow them the fuck away.

  7. I had someone right behind me in a line today. So close that I could feel their breath when they talked (ew ew ew) so I turned right around and started coughing violently. Needless to say they backed right up and didn’t hover over me again. I’m big on personal space but I think its cuz I’m so short (5’2) so I feel crowded easily cuz if feels like most people are standing on me.

  8. I hate the crowders, too. I get my revenge by not moving up when 2 or 3 people get served. That FUCKS these people right up.

Oh, and I could only be so lucky if it was a huge pairs of knockers. Unfortunately, this being NS, it is more likely to be a stomach.

  9. Personal space is a fucking myth. I’d love to see these “personal space” fucks in Tokyo, Shanghai, Mumbai or even Rome.

Being “too close” and getting “up in your grill” are two entirely different things.

Think of all the other situations when other people are in “your personal space: bars and licensed establishments, the classroom, other line-ups (Space Mountain) and even an elevator.

PK – are you going up or down?

  10. Of course “personal space” changes from culture to culture, and it’s not a right. But in our culture, to which the OB was referring, we generally have an expectation that people will keep a slight distance – depending on the situation. Someone rubs up on you in a crowded club? To be expected. In a Timmy’s lineup? Wierd and uncalled for. (I assume the OP was talking about sustained contact, not a passing swipe).

  11. Gee, I don’t know, maybe because the OP didn’t specify that the Timmy’s was crowded to the point that it was necessary for someone to stand against the next person in line? That was your assumption.

  12. Some of you posters are hilarious. You will argue that strangers touching you needlessly in a Tim’s is okay and in fact, those of us who find this a little – weird – are in the wrong. Why? Just to be argumentative?

I’d like to see NGF or LS in Tim’s one day so I can go and give them a big ‘ol hug and maybe a little kiss too. Apparently they would think that was fine… Weirdos…

  13. wck,if you are female and human,i might give you one back. but yes, i have been in a llot of tims places, been shoved, bumped, and (gasp),even groped(ahhhh).but the point was never made here about how crowded it was or was not.some people only have a cerain amount of time for breaks, and yes, if you hold up a line, someone can get pushy too. but this personal space shit, give me a fucking break. you owwn no personal space, it all owned by either the government in power, or the fucking queen. do we need space, maybe, but don’t refer to it as yours. you don’t have a monopoly on anywhere.

  14. Don’t mind me, I’m just here to crash the party, and cyber-snuggle. Come on in PDG! If not, at least give us a ride home after.
