Why on earth would you get a dog if you are NEVER EVER going to be home? You both work and you both go to school, so when on earth are you going to be able to walk and have fun with your pooch? You’re not. How do I know? I work from home… duh. 8 hours a day that little guy is up there barking, howling, and scratching at the floor. There is no such thing as a bad pet—only bad pet owners. Either train your pooch correctly or find a home that the owners will love and care for him and maybe have a backyard or at least somewhere that they can take him outdoors because you certainly don’t.
I adore animals but this has got to stop. Not being able to sleep and having to leave my apartment for three hours only to come back at 3 am with it still going on. Please stop being douche bags and love your doggie… if not… give him to a family that will. —Annoyed downstairs neighbor

hello, there is a thing called animal cruelity and animal society. call the fucking s.p.c.a. on this asshole, and maybe they will let him out for xmas. hope not, but you never know these days.
embellish it a bit, a say you think you hear a small child scraming too. that way the cops will come, bust in the door, and either take or shoot the dog. either way, douche will be hurting for awhile. i love animals, but not the ones that can and eventually will, cause one harm.call the cops o.p., or live with the shit from over you.
Contact the SPCA, or your local animal shelter. They will deal with the bad owners. Some people don’t understand the responsiblities of pet ownership. They think having a pet is like having an endtable…..a decoration. Just imagine what they will do once they pop out a child.

8 hours is the average persons work day. A ton of people have dogs that are more than capable of spending that amount of time alone.
The dog clearly has separation anxiety, that doesn’t mean it’s owners are neglectful.
At the same time, if you know for a fact they don’t make any effort to walk to dog etc when they ARE home, then it could definitely be cause for concern.
Call the SPCA….8 hours a day is fine for a dog to be alone…but if they all go to school and are not walking it and properly caring for it then they should not have it.
