Hey Prarie Girl: thanks for the laughs, the bluegrass, and your friendship. Hali will miss you when you go. Will always remember the fountain, the walks on Quinpool Road, sleeping vegetables, brunch!, Jian Ghomeshi, and the pelvic balls of light. You’ve always got my couch to surf.
Keep shining!—A

it looks like a blast…
yes but can you sleep in the trees?
I went zip lining down in Pictou…but I don’t think it’s quite the same thing.
plus it’s in qc zZz
There’s a treego in Moncton. Along with the CFL game, the Utek bowl and all the good concerts. Joking, joking. It’s the armpit of the Maritimes, but whatever.
I’ve not done it myself (terrified of heights, you see – but I”m working on it), most everyone I know in the area has though. And they really enjoy it.
I hung out on the ground, read my book and relaxed in the shade instead of whipping through the trees. But my goal is to a)go up a ski lift this winter and b)do treego next summer.
Oh! And I went hiking in mactaquac when they were building the one there – it looked like it was going to be awesome – even better than Moncton.
DAMN, they had listed a place in waverly that was opening… actually they still do even though I found this

Ya, that’s kind of crappy – but really, maybe they should have asked first before they put the planning in. If the property belongs to someone else and there are processes in place… not saying like I agree with it! But still. Anyway, with all that work done, maybe a private landowner should look at stepping up and building a partnership. I know the one in Moncton is successful, it’s done on City property though, operated by an independent business and they pay a “rent” and cover off liability costs and things. And it gets lots of people coming through the Centennial Park who wouldn’t normally go. It’s kind of a win/win for the city.
Oh well. You’ll need a NB roadtrip, z3
already planning…. based on their season.
if I can, I’ll go quite soon… this cold ain’t nothing so far.
I’m still wearing t-shirts outside.
if I’ve missed the season, I’m going first nice weekend in spring.
I simply MUST conquer treego.
