Let’s see. You park your bike at Sobey’s but don’t go in there you just leave it there overnight. Maybe I’m just confused but i figure the Sobey’s parking lot is for people shopping at Sobey’s not you personal parking space. I hope they tow your bike next time you dumbass.
It’s their property, you deserve the ticket.
Talk about a distorted sense of entitlement. Sobeys owns the property, you don’t. Case closed.

I’m so conflicted I think that maybe you should have asked them if you could park there it is their property even if they own and hog a lot of space.
Did you even speak to the store manager before you assumed it was cool to use private property? You wouldn’t park your bike in a stranger’s driveway without getting permission … what makes this any different?
Why not bring your bike into your apartment? Or see with the landlords if you can lock it up in the laundry room?? It’s not your property- and yes it may seem like a “waste of space” not having every spot parked in – but you don’t pay for the property taxes…not much in life is free.
I happen to work at Sobeys Queen St. Sobeys did not ticket you, the city did because you were on private property without a pass and at night no less.
