Saturday I parked my car and got out as usual. I was called back to my vehicle by a tall man sitting alone in his van. He accused me of hitting his vehicle. I was very polite, asked to see where, and of course there was no evidence. He started to become violent so I walked away. I was alone in a deserted parking lot and had been called over to a van with a large man in it. I reported the incident to the police, who advised me in the future not to return to the vehicle but keep walking. I thought I would report this scam in the hopes that other women won’t go through what I went through. It was really terrifying and you have the right to walk away. —Little Blonde

What kind of loser, rapist/child molester sits in a parking lot, alone, at night, in a deserted parking lot? Better question is why you wouldn’t recognize this weirdness and park as far away as possible, OB?
i taught my child to back away when a stranger spoke to them from a car
Geesh! Damn right it would be terrifying! That scene in Silence of the Lambs, where the serial killer lured the unsuspecting woman into his van, has always stuck with me. Never get too close, just like you should never stop for a motorist in distress if you’re alone. Unfortunately, that’s the attitude we have to have in order to protect ourselves in this twisted world.
Out in Hillybilly Hollow, some families make a damn good living posing as a professional ‘car accident’ victims. Sad but true.
of course you have the right to walk away! glad you followed your instincts and skedaddled.
when you get that frisson of fear, get out!
Maybe snap a pic with your cell phone, of the license if possible, when you’re a safe distance away, then skedaddle! Works great with all manner of scum and scamer.
scary. sickos are out there. money grafters too.
You should report this to the news too. they could do a story on it and warn more than the police will.
The saddest part, it wasn’t even Gary More’s van. The owner left it unlocked.
If you didn’t hit the van, that big man wouldn’t be so scary, now would he?
Fuck off with your “men-are-evil-stalker-rapists” and use the mantra, “we-women-over-react-to-nonsense”.
I’m sorry, Mister Meaty – but would you please explain where in the bitch the OB says or implies that “men-are-evil-stalker-rapists”?
Or for that matter, where that is stated or implied in any of the above comments?
She was in a sketchy situation with an increasingly aggressive man who was a stranger and her gut was telling her to GTFO – which she did. And well done for that.
I find it incredible that you’ve managed to completely miss the (valid) point of this bitch and have focused instead on your own delusional, misogynistic insecurities.
Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, why don’t you “fuck off” and educate yourself and/or grow some empathy.
You’re asking a troll to answer a reasonable question. 😀
Expecting the person behind this phony persona to give you answers and even getting mad at what the persona says, is wasting your time.
Ask, but don’t bother giving too much attention to giving a crap about what the troll thinks or says. It’s just a puff of smoke, meant to make you mad.
P
PisP your correct.
I fall for trolls but I’m slowly learning not feed into the persona’s anger.
PisP I know, I know……sometimes I just can’t help myself!
I guess I’m having one of those days (or should I say weeks) where it doesn’t take much to get me riled up, lol.
Lesson learned.
Kelifax
I can empathize with you.
I say things then ask myself why I said this or wrote that….In the end I always figure out why I said or wrote what I did.By that time, the damage has been done and I managed to alienate myself.
Some people are slow learners because we have other things to figure out,on our minds. What matters is the lesson is learned,in the end.
Kelifax I hope this week will be better for you. 🙂 :)..Smile..:)
I hope you know I wasn’t saying “DON’T BE SUCH A FARKING DOOSH KELIFAX!”, right? I’ve been guilty of listening to trolls occasionally, but it always comes back to the persona thing.
I just wanted to remind you, cool? 🙂
And I KNOW when your day sucks, your own inner troll comes out to play.
Hey- enjoy the snow!(grumbles)
