To whoever made paper cranes and hung them from the southbound bus stop at Quinpool and Oxford, ADORABLE. The message attached was something along the lines of ‘even small things can remind us that we are connected.’ You started my day with a smile. Halifax is full of wonderful people!

That made my day, too! Thank you cranes!
I miss Halifax!
with our hills, i think we should tout ourselves as the san fran of the east…there be some funky folks here
They’re at Quinpool and Robie too!
And at Oxford and Coburg!
I fold my paper, to make my cranes.
If you catch me at the corner, I got peace and love in my name.
If you come around Quinpool, I make ’em all day!
I get one done in a second if you wait.
Sometimes I think sitting on busses,
Every stop I get to, makes me wanna cuss.
Everyone’s a winner, I’ve got LTWWL fame!
Wannabe peace-maker making my cranes.
All I wanna do (POW POW POW POW, KACHING!)
Is make paper cranes!
