  1. ahhh… poor little drunk girl had to go home. boo fucking hoo. You were probally acting like a drunk slut. “Oh no! ny purse and mexx jacket!” Grow the fuck up and handle your liquor or stay the fuck home. You lost any sympathy when you said you went to the palace.

  2. That’s why you shouldn’t go to the Palace, or the Dome, or any of the other shitty “dance” bars in HFX

  3. You should call the cops – they stole from you. Seriously. Nail the motherfuckers.

  4. Stay sober and in control of yourself and your belongings and you won’t have a problem like this in the future. I’ll bet you were crying more from withdrawls from your beloved cellphone than anything else. Idiot.

  5. It sounds like you got off easy compared to some of the horror stories I’ve heard about Palace bouncers. Also, its not the bouncers’ fault you don’t know when you’ve had enough, and its part of their job to kick you out if you’re too drunk. Take some responsibility here. Also – please learn the meaning of words like “vexed” and “replaced”. You try very hard to sound smart and articulate by using big words, but you MISuse so many of them that you just come off looking silly.

  6. This kind of thing is a fact of life in the “downtown scene”, your best bet is to either not go downtown, stick to less seedy places, or leave before it gets dark out. Or don’t drink so much that you’re asked to leave. Sad but true

  7. Hope you at least learnt two lessons out of the experience. 1. Take reasonability for yourself and drink responsibly.2. Stay away from the palace

  8. First, control your damn booze next time and don’t “get carried away”.Secondly, as you tell it, what they did was wrong. I’d suggest complaining straight to thier superiors as everyone who reads the coast, already knows these near-unemployed jackasses are pathetic.

  9. Me and an ex had the same type of experience with Palace bouncers, he was kicked out for the same reason without being allowed to take anything he had left in the cloakroom. When I went outside with him, the bouncers wouldn’t let ME back in just by association so I couldn’t get his things out of the cloakroom for him either. We went back there the next morning only to find out we’d have to wait the Palace opened up in the weekdays to collet his stuff… lo and behold, they tell us that none of his stuff is there. They don’t call it the Dirty Palace for nothing.

  10. Your first mistake was going to the palace. If you want to be treated like a normal person whose had too much to drink, you need to go to establishments that have normal people…thats the last place i’d take relatives.

  11. Why is everyone hating on this poor girl? She got too drunk and went to a shitty dance bar downtown… like none of you have ever done that before! Even if she was so drunk they had to kick her out they should have at least escorted her to get her stuff before being kicked out onto the curb. Here’s hoping you get your shit back.

  12. Dear ‘banjon’, you moron, if one does on occasion lose control, one should be looked after by those who are paid to do so. Dear ‘Thx’, please, please, please file a complaint against the Palace. They’ve been doing this kind of thing for eons.

  13. Let me guess, you’re a size 16 and you blame MacDonalds for feeding you as well. You took your skanky ass to THE PALACE..you got drunk and you want the bartender to ‘take care of you? First of all, if you are old enough to get in, you are old enough to take care of yourself. IF it’s true he wouldnt let you have your things, my guess is you were shooting your mouth of at him…but hey, you dont remember because you were TOO DRUNK…word of advice..take charge of your own things without EXPECTING someone else to do it..since you cant go there without getting kicked out..maybe you shouldt go there and if you cant crontol your urge to go there..maybe leave your purse at home! You seriously are a LOSER

  14. yup, going to the bars is a waste of life, better to stay home, fill and refill a bong all night long, make love not puke
