I live on the corner of a one-way street. Now, don’t get me wrong, people gotta pay attention, but that lil black and white arrow doesn’t seem to get the point across that you’re turning the wrong way down the street. How come there’s no big red NO TURN sign? or a WRONG WAY sign like on the highway? I hear people beeping several times a day because someone has started going down the street. you gotta get a sign for the street no matter what, so why not make it more noticeable? —I pretty much hate one way streets in general, anyway

  1. Me Ma told me a story when she was getting her license.
The instructor at one point tells you to turn the wrong way down a one way street…
and if you do, you fail.

they don’t do that anymore…. obviously.

  2. Ohhhhh yessss, let make all the city sinage the same zize as the highway stuff, way to go OB, smart thinkg. Make your own damm sign if it bother you so much, I mean seriously how much of a nanny state do you want? If a driver is paying attention they wil see the sign, it’s just one of the proper driving habits. If not, the city can use the ticket revenue.

  3. Play stick ball on said corner and refuse to move for drivers attempting to go down the wrong way.

  4. The city could install those directional-spikes in the road so that if a vehicles drives down the wrong way, POP go the tires.
