A big thanks to my girls and the guys we met for making my night out this weekend wonderful. It’s been a bit since the break up and my self confidence and ego had been pretty damaged. Being rejected like that was a huge blow, but my girls took it upon themselves to make sure I had a fantastic time.
And to the guys who gave me mad attention: you guys rocked. It’s nice to know I actually do have “it.” Especially that one boy at the end of the night: I know you wanted me to go home with you, but I’m just not that type of lady and even if I was, I was with my girls for the night and hoes before bros. But thanks anyway for those lovely kisses at the end of the night. Nope, donk, my bride was wearing a pink shiny sash and had a wand and glow bracelets/necklace and was wearing an actual baby doll as her going out top and is skinny as fuck. LOL
@ tommy: how’s OP being a tease if she’s just having some fun? That’s how I read this. Just because you don’t go home with someone at the end of the night doesn’t mean you’re a tease. I don’t go home with boys I meet in clubs either. I’m just my regular outgoing self when I go out and I always seem to get more than a few offers but always decline. Does that make me a tease too?

Call me uncouth but kissing me when I’m not likely to ever see you again to me is teasing. lol of course I don’t think that if you don’t go home with someone from the bar you’re a tease, but when you’re making out and not only are you not going anywhere with him but you know you’ll probably never see him again, yeah, how else is a guy supposed to feel? Teased.
Yeah, but what if it’s not YOU who’s the one who doesn’t want to see them again? I mean, I know when I go out to a club or bar and meet guys and talk to them, and yes there may be a kiss or two involved, I’m likely never going to see them again because they’ll likely never attempt to see me or get in contact with me. I’m open to meeting new people which includes being open to seeing a guy I met at a club at a later date or texting/keeping in contact, but I’m also quite realistic. If they ask for my number, I’ll give them my cell number, but short of a few pointless texts here or there, I don’t expect much and yeah I put the responsibility on the guys to make the effort to get in contact with me. I suppose age and experience has brought me to that conclusion. Bars aren’t really the place to meet potential relationship partners (or even really people to end up having some ongoing fun with).
I just figure it is what it is, and drunk people will say one thing (oh yeah I’ll text you), and then do another while sober (i.e.: not text you). 😛
It’s just best to go out without expectations other than some harmless flirting/fun. No expectations = no disappointments.
