I know people tend to have bad days and sometimes take it out on others, but I think she just took it a few steps too far. OK, the dude with the cell phone ring tone was pretty annoying, but she didn’t need to break his phone. Be the better person! Did she really need to spill coffee on that guy’s shirt? Push buddy on the trolley down the hall? And really, the least she could say is good morning.
I don’t think a better radio station will help her. She has some serious anger management problems and perhaps even a serious mental illness, and should seek some professional help. Still no excuse to be such a twat though.
