Agree 100% mandatory re-testing should be in place for anyone holding a license after age 65. On top of that I think a lot of NS doctors need to take away their patients’ licenses after they stick them on a multitude of pills with varying side effects. It is seriously crazy. My own FIL is on over 6 medications, has wrecked 2 cars and often falls asleep at the wheel, but still has his license and hunting license. But yeah, stoners are the REAL hazard.

Who says one can get away with driving while impaired by a prescription drug? Now where in the Criminal Code does it say that. There have been people charged operating motor vehicles while impaired by legally obtained prescription drugs.
