OB, I doubt very much that they are in the N.R.A. either. First thing that Eddie the Eagle , not to mention any number of Hollywood movies, tries to teach you is that; if you hold your pistol sideways, the only people you are going to shoot are, the 3 year old child, the academic prodigy with a scholarship to Harvard, the pregnant young mother, the decorated war veteran, the friendly milkman 2 days from retirement and the sage old grandmother. Not the punk-ass bitch that dissed you.
I rode the bus through these places for 6 years @ 7:00 in the morning and I saw young working moms, taking their sleepy kids to daycare, retirees picking up trash and tending their flower boxes and working dudes much like me who didn’t want to be on a Metro Transit meatwagon going to Burnside any more than I did.
And then I come home and watch the news and it just breaks my goddamned heart.

Isn’t it wonderful what a great job our 2 BILLION Dollar Plus Gun Control legislation is doing to get guns off the streets.
I don’t know about the rest of you, but as far as what I see in the Newspapers in this country, & what I remember reading before 2 Billion + dollars of our tax money was thrown away, & continues to be shoveled by the thousands into this stupidity.
But Gun Crime was much less.
Shootings in this city were way less.
But we do have more people convicted of simply posessing an unregistered firearm…

No one who does criminal acts, where they think they need a gun is going to register it. No criminal anywhere ever has…I wonder what kind of drugs, glue/substance abuse Politicians & Police chief must be doing in their meetings & or offices, to have given them such delusions in the first place ?

What boggles my mind is these thugs can get weapons but not jobs? Where the hell could I get a gun? Where? I have no idea and I can see their shit-hole tax-payer funded commune from my window. The shooters or those who think violence calls for more violence: Why do people have the idea in their heads that you should physically harm another… ever?
