Please leave me alone. I have no interest in you. I told you that in the nicest possible way that I could and now you are blowing up my phone with hateful words. Being a douche isn’t going to make me magically have an interest in you. -Please Go Away

I guess you didn’t realize that those words had C-4 explosives in them.
So… wait… that’s not how you do it? DAMNABLE HELL!! I’ve been doing it all wrong!
In all seriousness, just stop answering him. That way he has no ammo at all and you’ll end up with a “are you there?” in two days, continue to do nothing and he can go douche out some other gal, or guy depending on what you are.
God damn this isn’t brain surgery, can no one else tell you this… I mean.. i’m not even smart and I can think of this.. Like.. even if you did say nasty shit back if you give it a week and he’s still harrassing you, it’s a perfect instance for legal action.
Perhaps OB IS ignoring this guy, hazardous?
He/she has every right to vent it out.
OB: if he keeps harassing you, and you’re ignoring him and you’ve made it clear that you want him to stop, you need to go to the police. There are some huge nutbars out there, and I’ve watched enough shows on the ID channel to have my guard up when people like this just can’t let go.
Stop being polite when dumping someone. Most times they don’t take the hint. Tell them outright to leave you the fuck alone and not to contact you. Say it loud and say it clear so there cannot be any misinterpretation. The fuck is optional.

Ok, listen bud. I told you I’m not interested and that hasn’t changed. I am sorry that you are upset but I want these messages to stop immediately. This is harassment and if it continues I will forward these messages to the police. Take care.

If the messages continue, you can call the non-emergency number and have an officer contact this person, if it’s that extreme of a situation. I’ve had to do this with an ex once and it worked like a charm.
What Tim said – sometimes you gotta be cruel to be kind.
I simply add unwanted callers/texters to my phone’s reject caller list…
That works like a charm, Meaty! ^^
Remember the days when no-body had cell/smart phones?
Those sure were simpler, quieter times.
The definite downside to having everything at your fingertips all the time is…
you get the bad as well.
