It’s a shame Dave Chappelle doesn’t do comedy anymore,he was effin funny.
What do you mean bad op? Do you mean it is harder than you thought it would be and you don’t like that? Or do you mean there are serious deficits in how the patients are cared for?
If it’s the former, welcome to the working world.
If it’s the latter, you need to speak up. Seriously.
If I ever am diagnosed with dementia, I will step off a short pier – I saw what my mother went through in long term care over a six year period and it was a wretched nightmare I wouldn’t wish on anyone. And this was at one of the classier places in town. For every wonderful person employed in these homes, there are three who are lazy, thieving and/or downright mean when they think no one’s looking. Complaints were ignored or shrugged off. No thanks on any level.
