  1. I would have to agree, yet even still I hope you all consider the people answering the phones when the power is out. They are not only trying their absolute best to remain calm and deal with the situation as best as possible but are also doing mandatory 12 hours shifts every day. 3 weeks of mandatory 12 hours shifts (not when scheduled but every single day) with no escape from the ignorant people yelling at them for things that are out of their control.

    Please keep in mind the issues at hand are things that need to be dealt with on a corporate level and the front line is just doing their jobs as told. Like we all are, be decent people. Yelling gets us nowhere and there is no secret switch they can pull to make everything better. Not to mention the people working overtime out in the middle of these storms, risking their safety.

    Stock candles, buy a generator, buy a mini propane stove for times like this. A place with unpredictable weather such as NS should have people who are smart enough to be better prepared.
