I’ve seen these little monsters in action and agree with you fully. So much so that I took my kid out of an inner city school years ago and moved to the ‘burbs so she wouldn’t be terrorized by these little fetal alcohol syndrome psychos. What’s worse is that the parents of these kids will defend them to the death rather than admit they fucked up as a parent. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
And that’s why Clayton Park had one of the highest incidents of vandalism and crime within the HRM. Moving to the ‘burbs doesn’t solve the problem. It’s only that the better off brats are more bored with their time so they run around vandalizing and destroying things. Summer’s a great time for fire works displays in Tremont park and area because of the punks running around. Don’t stereotype the inner city or downtown core as being bad and suburbs being good. Apples will fall, but where they land depends on wind velocity.
