Just a little love for the people who have the neatest little folk art ‘thing’ mailbox? birdfeeder? in their front yard in one of the coolest lanes in the North End – I loved finding it the other week and ended up sharing it with friends. ha ha, I know exactly where you mean and I play with all the toys/treasures inside at least once a week. What a strange ‘hood I live in. But it’s little things like this that have made me feel at home since moving to the big city.

some folks come from very small towns/burgs/villages…so to them halifax is a big ville^^
I was joking should have had “__” around the “big city”… That IS my parent’s opinion though since my hometown has a population of 5,671.
I could feel the quotes around em… just couldn’t see them.
