I showed up at a tailor to pick up my Bridesmaid dress. It was there for 7 days. I had went in on my lunch around 1:30pm to pick it up earlier in the day and it wasn’t ready… the lady working said the dress would be ready at 4:00pm (already making one trip upon my lunch I agreed to leave work early and return to pick it up at 4:30)

As I walked in I seen the dress was still in the same spot it was in earlier in the day, not hemmed yet again. I was clearly upset that after 7 days nothing had been done to the dress. If as a business you set a deadline, please honour it, or let a customer know that it’s not possible so I can take my business elsewhere.

I was visibly upset, as I needed my dress that day and was on my way to the wedding rehearsal to give to another bridesmaid to get steamed. I had half an hour to catch a bus from downtown to make it to Halifax shopping center to meet up to go to the rehearsal… Andrea you were getting your dressed pinned when I walked in and seen how upset I was.

You offered to drive me to meet up with the bride. The tailor hemmed my dress in less than 15 minutes and in the end you drove me to the wedding rehearsal, outside of Halifax… you were a life saver that day. I just wanted to thank you again. so THANK YOU ANDREA!!! ( I know nothing about you other than your name really)

I hope that Earl is weak this weekend so that the weddings we are in are not affected.
