Recently my mother and I have been trying to birthday shop for my brother. We discovered your shop that carries some t-shirts made by a cool local business, so we decided to check it out.
I don’t know if you’re the owner or an employee, but you are a huge gaping asshole. Whenever we go in you are extremely rude and hostile. Your store is also void of people. Maybe you’d be doing better business if you weren’t a dick to people who are really trying to support local businesses. —Never Again

Maybe he’ll eventually discover that open hostility to customers isn’t all that great for business. All the zeroes in his quarterly financial statement may give him an epiphany.
